TRUE INDIVIDUAL
True Individual Lessons
True Athletics is proud to offer individual lessons for small groups of 1-2 people. With True Individual, our coaches will work one on one or with a small group of people. Lessons can be whatever the client wants ranging from the normal class workout, individualized workouts or technique work on a specific skill or movement.
True Individual appointments can be scheduled through email with the coach of your choice. Once you have selected your coach, you will work with them to determine an appointment time that will best fit your schedule.
Pricing
True Individual is $100 per hour for 1-2 people. If you would like a small group that is larger than two people, please contact us for pricing.
